At NSP1RE, our mission is to empower individuals through knowledge-based education, personalized coaching, advocacy, and access to essential community resources.
We are a healthcare care coordination organization specializing in comprehensive, person-centered care management. With deep experience serving medically complex populations, we deliver HIPAA-compliant remote solutions that keep people connected to the care they need.

For nearly 30 years, I’ve worked in healthcare—serving, advocating, problem-solving, and helping people navigate systems that can often feel overwhelming, difficult to understand, and were never designed to be easy.
My professional expertise is rooted in developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, and debilitating conditions that can create significant barriers to independence, personal growth, and quality of life.
I found my purpose through acts of service. I’m an advocate by nature, a resource by experience, and a motivator at heart. I believe access to healthcare should come with access to information, opportunity, and someone willing to stand beside you when navigating the system gets difficult.
My goal is simple: to create healthcare opportunities, connect people to meaningful resources, and help individuals and families navigate the healthcare system with confidence.
